Leading a Breakout Conference

If your organization desires to lead a breakout during the regular breakout time-slots please email your proposal to John McClendon and provide a title, two or three sentence description, and the name of the conference leader. Once we receive this information we will communicate with you further regarding the possibilities.


You are free to provide any type of  promotional items that highlight your resources and ministry. You may also provide a giveaway for one of the sessions. There will be drawings at each session for giveaways from our partners.

Print Ad


  • Ads should be print ready and sized to 7.45w x 4.55h.
  • For best results, ads should be in “print/press ready” PDF with all fonts imbedded.
  • We will accept ads formatted as .jpg, .png, or .gif as well.

Digital Ad – Featured Image

PLEASE PROVIDE US A DIGITAL IMAGE FOR YOUR FEATURED IMAGE BY FEBRUARY 15. The image should be1280px width by 720px height and less than 3MB.

Exhibit Information

We will provide a 10′ x 10′ exhibit space for you along with one table unless you request more tables. Electrical hookups will be provided but please bring your own extension cords and power strips.

There are specific exhibit times scheduled throughout the conference.  It is the goal that all conference attendees will have at least one interaction with every partner. Every attendee will be provided with a punch card at the beginning of the conference and encouraged to visit every partner exhibit and have their card punched. At the end of the conference a drawing from the completed punch cards for a substantial prize.

Currently scheduled exhibit times are as follows. Participants are also free to visit with you during other times as well.

Set-up and Break-down

You may begin setting up on Wednesday, April 15 after 2:00 p.m. We will provide tables but you will need to provide your table cover and other items. Someone will be available to help you once you arrive on campus. You may begin breaking down your exhibit on Friday, April 17 after 10:30 a.m.

Beyond the Conference – Your Blog Content for a Blog Post

Be sure to send us any blog post content you desire to see posted on our site. You may submit up to two posts during the year. Try to keep the post between 500 and 750 words.
