Rick grew up in Pensacola, Florida. After graduating from the University of West Florida, he served as a Parole Officer and a Prison Counselor for the State of Florida and was in the men’s clothing retail business before going to New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he graduated in 1989.

Rick served in three previous churches in Florida and Louisiana. He is now Discipleship Pastor at Bradfordville First Baptist Church after 5 years as a hospice chaplain.

Rick and his wife, Carole, have two grown children and five fabulous grandchildren. Carole works for the Florida Association of State Troopers and also leads a ladies Sunday School class.
