I serve as the Family Development Minister and Interim NextGen Team Leader at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri. I joined the staff at RBC in 2007 as Children’s Minister and have served families and kids from birth to 6th grade until 2018 when I transitioned into the family ministry position on our newly formed NextGenerations team. My undergraduate degree is in elementary education and I spent several years teaching before God moved me into ministry. I have a master’s in Children’s Ministry and am currently pursuing a DEdMin at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am married to Alan (25+ years) and have one daughter, Emma.
