I am married to DeNiece Broxson Davis who has ancestral roots in Geneva County, Alabama. Her dad lived at the 7 mile marker on State Highway 85 near Bellwood. She was an Air Force brat and has lived all over the world. We have one daughter, Bethany, age 31, who is a forensic scientist in the Greater Atlanta, GA area.

I am passionate about Christian education, assimilation, outreach, leadership, and administration. I am an adjunct professor for several Christian universities in addition to my full-time local church ministry.

I serve as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Leadership Education and am a member several other leadership organizations.
