Hi, I’m Dr. Bert Ross, the founder of Leadernow Ministries. I have has over 30 years’ experience as a trainer/facilitator in the areas of team building, leadership and organizational development. I am  a Certified Coach and hold a Professional Certification in Human Resource Management. I have served as a National Director of Leadership Development with NAMB, Leadership Development ficilitator in the corporate world, and Chief Human Resource Officer with the South Carolina Baptist Convention. I served on church staff in SC,GA, and NC. I graduated from Columbia Int. University with a B.S. in Ed. and have a MA in Leadership Development from Trinity Bible College and Seminary, a Master of Human Resource Management from Clemson University and a Doctor of Educational Ministry in Leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
